Studio Janréji, in collaboration with Lemoal & Lemoal, breathe new life into the Moulin de la Galette, Paris’ historically renowned ‘windmill’ restaurant on the heights of Montmartre
With his signature technique of juxtaposing and overlapping contrasting eras and styles, interior designer and founder of Studio Janréji, Régis Conseil, revives The Moulin de la Galette, using contemporary design codes to respect but not erase not the restaurants’ colourful past.
Interior designers Studio Janréji in collaboration with architects Lemoal & Lemoal are presently undertaking the refurbishment of the famous Moulin de la Galette restaurant in Montmartre.

One can spot a true Parisian bistrot from its very specific interior design and the treasures of creativity and ingenuity that previous decorators have put into it. The atmosphere is unique, made of zinc, copper, wood, moulding, engraved mirrors … A mix of waiters, known and unknown figures waltz within this decor.
